- Please fill the form below and select the hotel you'd like to reserve. We'll hold the room for you according to the information you submit. If anyone of the hotels is already fully booked, please select another hotel. We will send you emails as confirmation if your reservation is successful.
- Because of the Ice Lantern Festival of Harbin, the hotels will only take reservations for AIRS 2008 from Jan 14th to 19th. If you need rooms for extra days, please make reservation separately by the hotel information below. Please inform the hotel that you are one of the attendees of AIRS 2008, but we can not guarantee the same price for the extra days.
- All payment goes directly to the hotel when you check-in the hotel(Because of the special situation of the Ice Lantern Festival for all of the hotels in Harbin).
