Confirmation
Upon receiving your application and fee, the registration desk will send you a confirmation letter with your registration number by e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made to the registration desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
Refund policy: Cancellations are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is received at AIRS2008_cancel@racemind.net on or before Dec. 31, 2007. A US$ ? handling fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after Dec. 31, 2007. No-shows will be billed.
