Papers

Authors of papers are invited to submit original contributions, not exceeding 5,000 words for regular papers and 2,500 for short papers in English, via the Conference Management Tool that can be accessed at:
https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/AIRS2008/Default.aspx

For blind review, do not include any author information in the paper. All author information should be recorded separately in the submission procedure and the paper should not contain references such as “in our previous study [3] …” allowing reviewers to deduce the author.

Papers should be submitted in PDF or in MS Word. Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their manuscripts according to Springer's manuscript submission guidelines for LNCS available at: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html

DETAILED SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Go to the site https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/AIRS2008/Default.aspx
2. Click on new user registration if you are not a registered user (either as a reviewer, a chair or an author). A registered user can log in using his email as login and his/her password.
3. When you register as a new user, please make sure to finish the registration process (at least set up a password) because the system records your email as a new user even if you DID NOT finish the registration process. If you do not finish the registration process, you may not register your email as your login next time.
4. Once you have registered, you can log in and upload your paper. You can go to the submission page as many times as you want before the submission deadline.
5. Finally, if you really cannot manage to go through this, you can send your paper by email to airs@ir.hit.edu.cn with the email addresses of all the co-authors. Then we will upload the paper and set up a new account for you. However, this should be used as your final resort, before the submission deadline.
